EKT technological platform at EDUTEC 2022

The Erasmus+ project “Educational Knowledge Transfer” (EKT) was present within the thematic line “Transformative management of education and technologies” in the XXV edition of the International Congress EDUTEC 2022, for the development of Educational Technology and New Technologies applied to education, held on 16, 17 and 18 November at University of the Balearic Islands in Palma.

Professor Beatriz Cebreiro López, coordinator of the Technology Research Group of the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC), the research faculty of the group, Carmen Fernández Morante, Lorena Casal Otero and Martín Léranoz Iglesias, and the project partners, María José Rodíguez Malmierca and Abraham Felpeto Guerrero, from Supercomputing Center of Galicia (CESGA), presented the communication “EKT: An integral platform for the support of future teachers”.

This communication was focused on the draft results of the pilot experience and on the description of the functionalities and structure of the technological platform EKTSmart (V.2), whose objective is to achieve a more effective system in the training process and in school placement of teachers in initial training. A great pedagogical and technological challenge that is currently being piloted in 5 European countries.
