Spanish EKT focus group with technicians, students, teachers and researchers

This focus group in relation to the EKT smart system for supporting in-school placements of future teachers was held on 23 February 2023. teaching practicum. The group was composed of USC researchers involved in the EKT Project, CESGA technicians who have developed the online platform, and teacher students who completed their placement during the platform piloting, their academic and school mentors. This group was using the different versions of this platform and contributed their vision to improve the final version that will be presented at the Final Conference of the project at the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Campus Vida in Santiago de Compostela on 13 April 2023.

During the meeting, moderated by the Principal Researcher of the EKT Project Carmen Fernández Morante and the coordinator of the Educational Technology Research Group TECNOEDUC of the USC, Beatriz Cebreiro López, comments, opinions, knowledge and points of view about the EKT platform for in-school placements were shared.

With this meeting, the second cycle of piloting the EKT system for teaching practices among these future teachers and tutors has come to an end.
